“The Lady Doth Protest!”

(Jer 30:15)

PRAYING FOR FAMILY, FRIENDS, CHURCH & NATION:

May we have the courage to admit our sin and change (Jer 30:15). #ComeCleanWithGod #RepentTowardsGod

MORNING WATCH NOTES:

The lady doth protest too much!” This famous line Is from the Shakespearean play Hamlet is spoken by a nefarious queen. The meaning of the line revolves around the idea that someone who denies something vehemently, most certainly must be hiding the truth.

For Judah’s protest, it means that she too is hiding the truth. But God knows very well the truth. And so God’s discipline is exact for her crimes.

She should have been asking [I should be asking], “How can I profit from my mistakes?“ I Come clean with the truth, honor God, repent and change.

Lord, may I have the courage to admit my sin and change my way.
