Unforgivable?

Never scorn God’s call to repent (Isa 22:12-14). #TurnToGodNow #Repent #UnforgivableSin https://www.bible.com/116/isa.22.12-14.nlt

MORNING WATCH NOTES

Is there such a thing as an unforgivable sin? Yes, there is. This is it, pure and simple. When God calls a people to weep and mourn, to be ashamed and sorry for, remorseful of, sin (to repent) and instead that people just “PARTY ON!” ignoring, even scorning, God’s plea; that is the sin for which there is no forgiveness. How can there be?

The ultimate and unforgivable sin is the sin of rejecting God‘s love and mercy. Oh that I may never run aground of sin and unrepentance.

I am so thankful that its God’s kindness that leads to repentance. (Romans 2:4) My heart prays for the lost that they will receive God’s love and kindness and grace and mercy and forgiveness.

Isaiah 63:7 I will tell of the kindnesses of the Lord, the deeds for which He is to be praised, according to all the Lord has done for us – yes, the many good things He has done for the house of Israel, according to His compassion and many kindnesses. Jeremiah 9:24 “But let him who boasts boast about this: that he understands and knows me, that I am the Lord, who exercises kindness, justice and righteousness on earth, for in these I delight,” declares the Lord. Hosea 11:4 I led them with cords of human kindness, with ties of love; I lifted the yoke from their neck and bent down to feed them. Acts 14:17 Yet He has not left Himself without testimony: He has show kindness by giving you rain from heaven and crops in their seasons; He provides you with plenty of food and fills your hearts with joy. Ephesians 2:6-7 And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with Him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus, in order that the coming ages He might show the incomparable riches of His grace, expressed in His kindness to us in Christ Jesus. Titus 3:4-5 But when the kindness and love of God our Savior appeared, He saved us not because of righteous things we had done, but because of His mercy. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit.

I pray that all will receive Precious Lord Jesus and be saved. God’s will is that all will be saved, and He sent us Jesus. Thank You Heavenly Father.
